Engineering Leaders is founded by Johanna Belfrage and Cecilia Borg. We believe leadership should be practical, engaging, and shared.
Our mission is to create spaces where engineering managers, directors, and CTOs can learn with and from each other.
We want to find structures for engineering leaders to succeed in their role of delivering value in organizations.
Johanna Belfrage
CTO, Insurello & Vice Chair of the Board, Pink Programming
Tech leader with 20+ years’ experience leading transformations at Avanza and Insurello, driving scale, alignment and true product ownership. Also active as coach, mentor and course leader, supporting leaders in building empowered, sustainable teams and empower leaders themselves to grow.
Cecilia Borg
Interim CTO at Be Afraid and Do IT Anyway
Experienced tech leader, change leader, board member, mentor and coach. Passion for DevOps, driving transformations towards innovative product development organisations. Experience from Oracle, Spotify, Acast, KRY, Epidemic Sound, King, Viaplay and more.

We run this as a free to join community. Sign up for our newsletter to get access to the Slack community and get access to activities and other leaders.
To collect funds to run the community, some activities will come at a participant fee and we partner with companies to support our operation.
