Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us in writing at info@engineeringleaders.se no later than 2 days before the event.

  • If the event is cancelled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund.

Event Changes

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule if necessary.

  • Any such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store your contact information (such as name, email, phone number, company and role, where applicable) to manage your registration and communicate important updates about the event.

  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

  • Some Engineering Leaders events are supported by partners. Where applicable, attendee contact information may be shared with selected event partners, as described during registration for that event.

  • Engineering Leaders may use your email to share updates about future events. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails.

Liability

  • The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs related to attending the event.
